At MBR Coaching, our mission is to support companies and professionals seeking to improve their skills and broaden their opportunities by providing intercultural and leadership coaching. We incorporate the Energy Leadership™ Development System into our Intercultural Coaching and Cross-Cultural Training workshops to create a cross-cultural approach to leadership.

What is the Energy Leadership™ Development System ?

The Energy Leadership™ Development System (ELDS) is a powerful coaching system that helps you discover how to move through your professional and personal lives from a highly conscious perspective by unlocking your leadership potential. This coaching system is made up of 200+ coaching tools and explorations designed to help leaders of all backgrounds develop their ability to motivate and inspire themselves, as well as their friends, family, and co-workers into positive and sustainable action.

The first part of the Energy Leadership™ Development System consists of the foundational segments that help you know where you are, realize where you want to be and recognize and break through any of the blocks that are in the way of your success.

· Assess yourself with the Energy Leadership Index assessment

The ELI forms the initial launching point for the Energy Leadership Development System and gives you a baseline to evaluate your current performance and situation.  Whether you proceed through the full system or not, the realizations that you'll gain from the Energy Leadership assessment and debrief process alone will change the way you view your world.
